The shipping cost covers transport only and does not include import or export duties that may be applied by your destination country’s government for delivery and returns. How do I track my order?
Orders to Australia can be tracked directly with Australia Post. Orders to New Zealand can be tracked directly with Australia Post before being handed over to NZ Post. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

When does Lorna Jane apply the new tariff for USA customers?
From the 22nd September 2025 an import tariff will be automatically added to your order total at checkout. This tariff applies to all orders shipped to the United States and is required to comply with current import regulations. The final price, including the tariff, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

When does Lorna Jane apply the new tariff for USA customers?
The shipping cost covers transport only and does not include import or export duties that may be applied by your destination country’s government for delivery and returns. If these duties are refused, your parcel may be destroyed without a refund. If refused duties result in your parcel being returned to Lorna Jane, all return shipping costs will be borne by you and deducted from your refund. Lorna Jane is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or return shipping that may apply in the destination country. For orders with a Singapore delivery address over $400.00 SGD, Lorna Jane will cover the import taxes.
